The pond embankment was stable and vegetated, and the <br />primary and emergency spillways appeared clear and functional. <br /> <br />Photo 2: Pond 006a. <br />Pond 007a was dry and therefore was not discharging. The pond embankment was stable and vegetated, and the <br />primary and emergency spillways appeared clear and functional. A gully had formed to the west of the <br />embankment, at the base of Fill 07. The gully had contained dried vegetation that NECC placed in it for <br />stabilization and to prevent further erosion. The gully runs to the top of the west embankment wall, but no debris <br />has fallen into the pond. The stabilization of the gully appears to be functional. <br />
