If ground disturbance is expected to occur between April 1 and August 15, then a
migratory bird nest clearance survey should be conducted prior to the ground disturbing
activities by a qualified biologist during the same season the ground disturbance is to occur.
• Conduct additional rare plant surveys for the Naturita milkvetch and Gypsum Valley cateye in
any areas not previously surveyed. Surveys should be conducted in spring, prior to June 1"to
the greatest extent practicable in order to aid in species observation.
