The boulders block parking alongside the roadway access route that was previously approved by
you under several NOIs I've submitted over the years.
We discussed my concerns on the phone about the"illegal road"that was built to access the
TONKO#1 mining claim ore stockpile, and I am grateful for that assistance. When I asked you
to post signage that restricts vehicle access, you agreed to do that by this fall. The placement of
boulders restricting vehicle travel along the USFS road is not what we both agreed to. Presently,
I cannot park or otherwise get sufficiently away from the USFS road right-of-way to assure my
family's safety. That road segment has very tight radius switchbacks above and below our
historically accessible travel route.
Whose authority allowed for the reconstruction of the USFS roadway with those large
boulders that impact of my family's legal operations on our TONKO #1 placer mining
claim?
I also took notice of a vehicle that was "RED TAGGED"due to damage in a wreck. It was
abandoned just down the road from the boulder closure the same day I was there.
aL•.
ihr y r3t vyI 1 1i I ( .b
r T
p
v_
k
i
t 3
i
