The eastern and <br />western portions of the reclaimed area had no indications of erosion and were stable (Photo 5 and 6). The <br />reclaimed contours were gradually sloped to match the approximate original contours. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The irrigated pasture portion of the reclaimed site is located in the center of the southern portion of the <br />permit area. The reclaimed area was stable with vegetative cover. There were no indications of erosion. The <br />areas reclaimed to dryland pasture surround the irrigated pasture. The dryland pasture was vegetated and stable. <br />There were no erosional features observed. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> During the inspection of the permit area, several mine identification signs were observed posted on the <br />fence and entrances to the permit area (Photo 7). The signs displayed the required information about the DRMS <br />Permit and contact information for the permittee.
