<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: October 3, 2023 <br /> <br />TO: Office of Archaeology & Historic Preservation <br />History Colorado Center <br />1200 Broadway <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />RE: Thunderbird Sand and Gravel, File No. M-2023-032 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on October 3, 2023, Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />1627 Cole Boulevard, Suite 200, Lakewood, CO 80401; (720) 612-6232, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface <br />mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 31, Township 20S, Range 63W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Pueblo County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. <br />Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Developed water resources post-mining land use. The application <br />decision date is scheduled for January 2, 2024. <br /> <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Pueblo County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2023032 in the “Permit No” field. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper <br />publication date.
