<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Acreage Release Request <br /> <br />DATE: September 29, 2023 <br /> <br />TO: Larimer County Commissioners <br />County Commissioner <br />Box 1190 <br />Fort Collins, CO 80522 <br /> <br />FROM: Nikie Gagnon <br /> <br />RE: Boettcher Limestone Quarry - File No. M-1977-348, Holcim (US) Inc. <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-5) <br /> Request for a partial release of 52 acres. <br /> <br />Please be advised that on September 29, 2023, Holcim (US) Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />3500 Highway 120, Florence, CO 81226; (719) 288-1402, filed an application for an Acreage Release <br />Request (AR- 5) to M1977348, Boettcher Limestone Quarry, which is located approximately 1.5 miles <br />North of Laporte, Section 31, Township 9N, Range 69W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Larimer County. <br /> <br />Request for a partial release of 52 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for November 28, 2023. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Nikie Gagnon at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8126. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
