Acreage was determined by the 2005 map showing the current Permit <br /> Boundary of 1600 acres. Per recent discussions, Holcim (US) is requesting a release of+/-63.13 acres <br /> consisting of the plant area in the existing permit as shown in the attached map. The +/- 63.13 acres which <br /> Holcim (US) Inc. is the plant area that is zoned as an Industrial Area in Fremont County. Areas retained in <br /> the proposed plant area are two areas that include the waste generation areas and transport roads back to <br /> a fill area in the quarry consisting of+/-2.14 acres. These areas are shown in orange on the map. The <br /> proposed reduction of acreage consists of the plant area that is currently within the reclamation permit; the <br /> affected land is wholly owned by: <br /> Holcim (US) Inc. <br /> 3500 Highway 120 <br /> Florence, Colorado 81226 <br /> Phone- (719)429-5566 <br /> Attention— Michael B.
