Acreage was determined by the 2005 map showing <br /> the current Amended Permit Boundary of 537 Acres. Per discussions in 2022 Holcim is <br /> requesting a release of +/- 52 acres in the South area of the existing permit as shown in the <br /> attached map. The +/- 52 acres which Holcim (US) Inc. has complied with all applicable portions <br /> of the reclamation Plan requirements and is considering reclamation to be complete. The <br /> acreage consists of the Southern most parcel within the reclamation permit; the affected land is <br /> wholly owned by: <br /> Holcim (US) Inc. <br /> 3500 Highway 120 <br /> Florence, Colorado 81226 <br /> Phone - (719) 429-5566 <br /> Attention — Michael B.
