The application was deemed complete on September 14, <br />2023. <br /> <br />Minor Revision no. 52 updates KI Map 007 to combine the approved lower refuse final design from <br />Technical Revision No. 27 and the activities approved under Technical Revision No. 30. The <br />applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 98 Everett St., Suite C, Durango, <br />CO 81303 and at the Division’s Denver office.
