The below responses will be included in the comprehensive response document that <br /> will be submitted to CDRMS. <br /> Each query is shown in bold and numbered in red, e.g. (1), and each references the number. <br /> Water Quality <br /> The District's Colorado Discharge Permit System ("CDPS') permit from the Colorado <br /> Department of Public Health and Environment ("CDPHE') requires the District to sample and <br /> analyze effluent for the following pollutants: arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, <br /> mercury, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, silver, zinc, cyanide, and phenols.
