Russell RE: London Mine - File No. M-2023-015, MineWater LLC Amendment (AM -1) Amendment to an Application under Review Please be advised that on September 8, 2023, MineWater LLC, whose address and telephone number are 10924 Leroy Dr., Northglenn, Co 80233; (720) 883-6700, filed an application for a/an Amendment (AM - 1) to M2023015, London Mine, which is located approximately 6 miles West of Alma, Section 18, Township 9S, Range 78W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Park County. Amendment to an Application under Review for the modification of the proposed affected lands boundary to include the private-land portions of the haul road between the South London Stockpile and the pr ocessing area. The application decision is scheduled for October 9, 2023. Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Elliott R. MineWater LLC is required to publis h a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitt ed within ten (10) days of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. M-GR-03A-P
