AA MW Sorter
W
Appendix G
September 1, 2023
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
Room 215
1001 E. 62"d Ave.
Denver, CO 80216
Re: Adequacy Review Response; M-2023-015
London Mine, File No. M-2023-015
To Whom it may concern:
This letter is to state for the Division's records that MineWater Finance (MWF) LLC is the legal owner of the
land upon which the London Mine is located, where MW Sorter plans to operate with the permission of and
through an agreement with MWF. These lands are patented mining claims, and MWF approves and
supports the mining and prospecting activities that are being carried out by MWF at this site.
I wish to clarify that all surface structures and improvements, such as buildings, portals, roads, drainage
controls, waste rock fills and other improvements that have been constructed relating to the above-
mentioned reclamation, mining, and prospecting activities, be left as permanent features after reclamation.
This is consistent with the established long-term management practices of these properties. Under no
circumstances does MWF want any type of mining-related improvements to be removed during the
reclamation of these sites. We expect that the final reclamation plans that MWF has in its state permits
reflect this desire.
MWF requires that MW Sorter continues to ensure that all pertinent structures are maintained in a safe
condition during mining activities and remain in conformance with applicable county building codes.
Likewise, our agreement with MW Sorter requires that all underground openings are kept safe and secure.
If there are any questions please feel free to contact this office. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Joseph G. Harrington—President
MineWater Finance LLC
