The previous 6 quarters of such data is <br /> included in this submittal as Exhibit D. Stream standards as determined by the Water Quality Control <br /> Commission have been maintained since 2016, including importantly the Stipulation of zinc standards at <br /> 280 ug/L in South Mosquito Creek which is a binding agreement between the State and the Applicant <br /> under the Order. <br /> Rule 6.4.21(12): <br /> CDPS Permit No. C00038334 has been in place since 2004,and was re-issued in September 2019. <br /> Rule 6.4.21(13): <br /> Water Balance: the Site water balance is unique in that the basin drainage is missing about 7 cubic feet <br /> per second (cfs)of tributary water flow.That water is currently going out of the basin by diversion of non- <br /> tributary water blocked by the Salvator and London Faults. <br /> 161Page <br />
