II. The Review Process <br /> Since the permit was re-issued on May 15, 2018, 47 revisions to the permit have been submitted. <br /> These revisions consist of: 1 Permit Revision, 23 Technical Revisions, 17 Minor Revisions and 6 <br /> Bond Releases. The following is a short description of each. <br /> Permit Revisions <br /> PR-9 relocated 4 acres of Prime Farmland reclamation to a location with greater accessibility to <br /> agricultural management. PR-9 was received on April 21, 2022, deemed complete on April 29, <br /> 2022 and approved on October 10, 2022. <br /> Technical Revisions <br /> TR-84 revised the post-mining topography, backfill and grading plan,tailwater ditch design on <br /> ERMR property, and movement of Bench I overburden to the previously approved Slash M, LLC <br /> Adjacent Support Facility. TR-84 was received on July 11, 2018, deemed complete on July 19, <br /> 2018 and was approved on September 11, 2018 <br /> TR-85 reduced the permit boundary by 278.93 acres and revised the Pond 15 design. The proposed <br /> reduction in permitted acres is a result of the SL19 bond release. . TR-85 was received on <br /> September 17, 2018, deemed complete on September 27, 2018 and approved on January 17, 2019. <br /> TR-86 re-constructed a stock pond on the Goforth property. The pond existed prior to mining and is <br /> being re-constructed at the request of the landowner. The pond is not designed for sediment control <br /> and it will not be used for sediment control or in support of any other mining activity. TR-86 was <br /> received on October 22,2018, deemed complete on October 30,2018 and approved on December 11, <br /> 2018. <br /> TR-87 approved the construction of an erosion protection inlet into Pond 13 to accommodate trench <br /> drain discharge into the pond. TR-87 was received on December 17, 2018, deemed complete on <br /> December 21, 2018 and approved on March 4, 2019. <br /> TR-88 added culvert C-180 below the existing tailwater ditch on the ERMR-Johnson property. TR <br /> 88 was received on February 1, 2019, deemed complete on February 8, 2019 and approved on March <br /> 21, 2019 <br /> TR-89 defined how a half acre portion of an area of reclaimed property will be utilized as adjacent <br /> support facility in support of irrigated pasture. TR-89 was received on April 9, 2019, deemed <br /> complete on April 19, 2019and approved on May 13, 2019. <br /> TR-90 approved the reduction of the permit boundary by 3.59 acres. The area removed from the <br /> permit area was previously approved for final (Phase I, II, and III)bond release with the approval of <br /> SL21. TR-90 was received on May 28, 2019, deemed complete on June 21, 2019 and approved on <br /> July 24, 2019. <br /> 5 <br />
