SL-20 approved Phase II and Phase III bond release on 2.0 acres. The bond release area was a <br /> portion of the former BB Detour Road that has been requested to remain as a permanent structure <br /> by the landowner. SL-20 was approved on December 15, 2017. <br /> SL-21 approved Phase I, Phase II and Phase III bond release on 1.6 acres. The 1.6 acres were the <br /> reclaimed sediment control ditch C-18 on the Staats property. SL-21 was approved on April 9, <br /> 2019 <br /> SL-22 approved Phase I release of 3.0 acres, Phase II release of 132.4 acres, and Phase III release of <br /> 157 aces. SL-22 was approved on March 12, 2020. <br /> SL-23 approved Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III bond release on 0.4 acres of a reclaimed ditch. SL- <br /> 23 was approved on March 19, 2020. <br /> SL-24 approved Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III bond release on 1.1 acres consisting of a permanent <br /> stock pond SP-1. SL-24 was approved on May 13, 2021. <br /> SL-25 approved Phase I release on 24.5 acres that had been backfilled and graded, and Phase II <br /> release on 11.4 acres of dryland pasture and irrigated pasture reclaimed areas. SL-25 was approved <br /> on February 15, 2023. <br /> SL-26 was submitted to the Division on August 15, 2025. The bond release request is currently in <br /> the public notification phase.
