St. Vrain Greenway Trail. All initial reclamation activity in the trail <br /> area of the Saint Vrain Greenway, from County Line Road east to <br /> the Bridge over St. Vrain Creek at Sandstone Ranch, including <br /> seeding has been completed, and: <br /> L Aggregate has completed reclamation so that the trail may be <br /> opened to the public by September, 2009,subject to Sections <br /> 15.b and 45 of this Lease; <br /> I Access for the public to the trail shall be provided from (1) <br /> Longmont developed entries at Sandstone Ranch and the <br /> Peschel Property, and (2) from the existing trail west of the <br /> Peschel Property; <br /> iii. Safety fencing and gates along the boundary between the <br /> trail and active mining areas shall be provided by Longmont; <br /> any gates installed by Aggregate shall be maintained by <br /> Aggregate; <br /> iv. Longmont shall employ best management practices along the <br /> trail alignment with appropriate erosion control related to <br /> public access; <br /> V. Longmont shall be responsible for restoring any reclaimed <br /> areas that are degraded by public use of these areas, except <br /> that Aggregate shall not be released from its obligation of <br /> maintaining the reclaimed areas, including re-seeding and <br /> weed control to establish re-vegetated areas in accordance <br /> with Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. <br /> g. Amendments to Integrated Plan. No amendments or changes shall <br /> be made to the Integrated Plan or permits therefor without the <br /> prior written approval of each of the parties, which approval shall <br /> not be unreasonably withheld, provided that: <br /> i.
