EXHIBIT M - OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br /> The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements <br /> outlined in Section 6.4.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br /> Construction Material Rules and Regulations: <br /> The Operator either has or will obtain: <br /> • Pueblo County Special Use Permit— MM has obtained a Special Use <br /> Permit for Gravel Mining. <br /> • Pueblo County Floodplain Use Permit — MM will obtain a County <br /> Floodplain Use Permit. <br /> • Pueblo County Erosion Control and Sediment Control Plan — MM will <br /> apply to Pueblo County for an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. <br /> • Well Permit and Substitute Water Supply Plan —A Substitute Water <br /> Supply Plan and well permit will be obtained from the State Engineer's <br /> Office. <br /> • APEN, Colorado Department of Heath and Environment Air Pollution <br /> Emission Notification Permit— Permits will be obtained prior to <br /> operations. <br /> • CDPS, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment <br /> Colorado Discharge Permit System Permit, COG 500000 — Permits will <br /> be obtained prior to operations. <br /> • U.S. EPA - Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan. <br /> Martin Marietta Materials—Thunderbird Sand and Gravel—MLRB 112 Permit Application <br /> Exhibit M- 1 <br />
