Introduction

Some mining related structures may be determined by Elk Ridge Mining and
Reclamation, LLC, or requested by the surface landowner to be retained post mine to
support the post mine land use of the property. If this should occur the structure will not
be demolished and/or reclaimed and will remain as constructed post mine. Letters from
the appropriate surface landowner providing their request or concurrence for a permanent
structure are contained within this appendix. Also contained in this appendix are
landowner letters providing concurrence with the post mine land use on their respective
properties.
