The application was submitted by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC on <br /> November 18, 2022 for the Hayden Gulch Loadout. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b)of the Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining,we are providing notice of this <br /> proposed decision. <br /> Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal <br /> hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the date following the first publication <br /> of the public notice by the Division in the Colorado Mountain News Media-Steamboat Pilot. <br /> The loadout mine is located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden,Colorado.
