Additionally, a permit condition with the approval of AM4 <br />requires the Operator install an underdrain, approved in TR6, north of Cell G-1 if the groundwater level is <br />within 4 feet of the ground surface for more than 2 consecutive months. Currently, groundwater levels have <br />been within 4 feet of the ground surface for 7 consecutive months at monitoring well HO-01. <br /> <br />The required corrective actions and corresponding deadlines are outlined below. Please ensure your <br />corrective action response submittals refer to the corresponding corrective action number below. <br /> <br />1. Installation of the underdrain committed to in AM4 with design approval in TR6 will begin <br />immediately. <br /> <br />2. The Operator will submit an interim underdrain installation progress report within 30-days of the <br />date of this letter, September 16, 2023. <br /> <br />3. Completion of the underdrain installation will be within 60-days of the date of this letter, October <br />16, 2023. <br /> <br />4.
