CSC envisions no significant effect to the mine plan or post - <br />mining topography or conditions resulting from the addition of a secondary commodity. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. DRMS authorizes the recovery of clay or clay-like <br />materials as a secondary commodity. No other modifications to the current mining or reclamation <br />plans are approved at this time. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2019-058 .
