Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 80522; (970) 416-2433, filed an application for a/an Acreage Release <br />Request (AR- 3) to M1979097, East Rigden Pit, which is located approximately 1 mile southeast of Fort <br />Collins, Section 28, Township 7N, Range 68W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Larimer County. <br /> <br />This revision request seeks to remove lands owned by the City of Fort Collins from the permitted area. <br />Lands purchased by the City for the purpose of a storage reservoir, a natural area, and a future community <br />park site have revegetated and integrated into routine management systems of the City. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for October 10, 2023. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Nikie C. Gagnon at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8126, or by email at nikie.gagnon@state.co.us. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
