3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> Native topsoil ranges in depth from less than one inch to eight inches.
