<br /> <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br /> <br /> <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety proposes to approve Permit Renewal <br />Application No. 6 (RN-6), submitted by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC for a coal mining permit at <br />the Hayden Gulch Loadout (Permit No. C-1992-081). The proposed renewal will allow for continued <br />mining and/or reclamation operations at the site. <br /> <br />The Hayden Gulch Loadout is a/an loadout operation located in Routt County, approximately 2 miles <br />Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. Coal interest is federal, state and private, and the surface to be <br />affected is state and private land. The permit area encompasses approximately 391.20 acres. <br /> <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding of whether the proposed operation will comply with all <br />requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Section 34-33-101 et seq., <br />C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereunder. <br /> <br />A copy of the “Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance”, including any stipulations, is on <br />file for public inspection at the Hayden Public Library, 201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, CO <br />81639.
