At the time of the last midterm review (October 13, 2020), there were two active stipulations <br /> attached to the permit: <br /> Stipulation No. 26 <br /> ONE YEAR AFTER THE COMPLETION OF RECLAMATION ACTIVITIES AT THE <br /> LOADOUT, THE OPERATOR SHALL COMPARE THE SOIL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE <br /> RECLAIMED AREA WITH THE ADJACENT UNDISTURBED ORCHARD AREAS TO <br /> VERIFY THAT THE HYDROLOGIC FUNCTION OF FLOOD IRRIGABILITY HAS BEEN <br /> RESTORED. SUCH COMPARISON SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF INFILTRATION, <br /> PERMEABILITY AND TEXTURE STUDIES. <br /> Since the loadout has not been reclaimed, Stipulation No. 26 will remain active. <br /> Stipulation 29 <br /> THE OPERATOR SHALL CONTINUE TO SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION AN ANNUAL <br /> REPORT OF INFLOWS, DISCHARGES, AND CONSUMPTION OF WATER WITHIN THE <br /> MINE. THIS REPORT IS TO INCLUDE A MINE WORKINGS MAP SHOWING THE <br /> LOCATION AND QUANTITY OF INFLOWS; A TABLE KEYED TO THE MINE MAP <br /> WHICH SHALL CONTAIN THE SOURCE (I.E., FAULT, FRACTURES, ETC.), QUANTITY, <br /> DURATION AND QUALITY (I.E., PH, ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVITY AND <br /> TERMPERATURE) OF ALL MEASURABLE INFLOWS; A TABLE CONTAINING <br /> RECORDS OF WATER IMPORTED FOR USE WITHIN THE MINE;A DISCUSSION OF THE <br /> WATER BALANCE. <br /> Stipulation 29 remains active. <br /> No new stipulations have been imposed since the 2020 midterm review. <br /> Summary of Revisions since the October 2020 Midterm Review <br /> The following revisions have been submitted since the last midterm review of the Bowie No. 1 <br /> Mine PAP. <br /> Minor Revision No. 139 was received by the Division on January 26, 2021. The revision revised <br /> the permit to update the identification of interests section. The revision also included updated <br /> ownership and control information. This revision did not impact the permit area or reclamation <br /> liability. MR-139 was approved and issued on April 19, 2021. <br /> Minor Revision No. 140 was received by the Division on April 28, 2021. The revision added <br /> two Small Area Exemptions near the northern end of the loadout. This revision did not impact <br /> the permit area or reclamation liability. MR-140 was approved and issued on May 12, 2021. <br /> No technical or permit revisions were processed during this time period. <br /> 3 <br />
