In accordance with Rule 4.1(2) of <br /> the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br /> the Extraction of Construction Materials, no permit may be issued until the Board or <br /> Office receives and approves the Performance and Financial Warranties required herein. <br /> If these warranties are not posted by August 24, 2023 (365 days from the date your <br /> application was approved), you will be scheduled for a Formal Board Hearing, in <br /> accordance with the notification and comment provisions of Rule 1.6, to reconsider the <br /> previous application approval. If the Board affirms the original application approval, <br /> the Board shall establish a new deadline for submittal of the warranties.
