The future use <br />of the City-owned portion of the permit area will be managed as either a community park or a public <br />natural area. In both instances, trees and shrubs will be planted extensively. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 7 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1979-097.
