Box 864 <br /> 29157 DD 31 Trl <br /> Nucla, CO 81424 <br /> Re: 3809 Notice—Wedding Bell Project Groundhog Mine Area—Acceptance of 3809 Notice <br /> and Financial Guarantee <br /> Dear Mr. Adkins: <br /> On July 10, 2023, the Tres Rios Field Office(TRFO) received World Industrial Minerals' <br /> Wedding Bell Project Groundhog Mine Area Notice revision (C00080949)(Notice) on behalf of <br /> Standard Minerals, to conduct exploratory drilling for uranium and vanadium on unpatented lode <br /> mining claims on Bureau of Land Management(BLM) TRFO administered public lands in T. 45 <br /> N. R. 18 W. Sec 21,New Mexico Prime Meridian, San Juan County, Colorado. World Industrial <br /> Minerals plans to drill 8 rotary drill holes with expected depths between 325 and 525 feet. <br /> This office has completed the review of this Notice as per 43 CFR 3809.11, and determined it is <br /> complete, containing all the information required by the surface management regulations at 43 <br /> CFR 3809.301. We have also determined that the Notice as submitted is adequate to prevent <br /> unnecessary or undue degradation as defined by 43 CFR 3809.5. Activities under this Notice may <br /> commence as submitted with the attached stipulations. You must adhere to the performance <br /> standards outlined in 43 CFR 3809.420 where applicable, all applicable federal, state, and local <br /> laws,regulations, and permit requirements, as well as all mitigation to protect raptors,and cultural <br /> and paleontological resource stipulations attached to this letter. <br /> This decision does not constitute certification of ownership to any entity named in the Notice, <br /> recognition of the validity of any associated mining claims, or recognition of the economic <br /> feasibility of the proposed operations. <br />
