Scott retained a geotechnical engineer to produce a geotechnical stability report in lieu of
getting Structures Agreements for the permanent structures within 200 feet of the Affected
Lands not owned by Scott. Scott does have a new signed Structures Agreement for the
MOT Structures. See Attachment B.
