DECEIVED <br /> Rifle Gravel Pit#1 'JUL 19 2023 July 2023 <br /> Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Saftey <br /> 20.0 Exhibit S — Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> Figure 3, Exhibit C1 depicts the permanent man-made structures contained on the area of <br /> Affected Lands and within two hundred (200) feet of the Affected Lands. The primary <br /> structures are listed in Table 1. <br /> 20.1.1 Known Utilities <br /> SGM conducted a utility field investigation on November 21, 2020. The following list of <br /> utilities existed at that time: <br /> • CenturyLink—fiber, telephone (outside the Affected Lands, not mapped) <br /> • Holy Cross Energy—electric (outside the Affected Lands, not mapped) <br /> • URSA Operating Company, LLC or successor—gas, steam, non-potable water <br /> • Xcel Energy—high pressure gas (more than 200 feet from property, not mapped) <br /> • CDOT- County Road (CR) 346, culverts, and portions of the 1-70 Westbound lanes <br /> and wildlife fencing <br /> • Last Chance Ditch Tailwater channel— No ditch owner, facility owned by Scott <br /> SGM coordinated with these utilities as required for the access road design. <br /> 20.1.2 Structure Agreements <br /> Scott received a new signed Structure Agreement for the CDOT structures (Attachment B). <br /> No responses have been received for the other permanent structures not owned by Scott, <br /> as of June 26, 2023. The communications to the permanent structure owners, including <br /> certified mail receipts are included in Attachment B. A copy of the Geotechnical Stability <br /> Report is included in Attachment C which was prepared in lieu of structure agreements, <br /> given the lack of response from owners. All other permanent man-made structures within <br /> 200 feet of the Affected Lands for which a Structure Agreement or Engineering <br /> (Geotechnical) Evaluation (Stability Report) have not been provided are owned by Scott. <br /> 83 <br />
