RECEIVED
Rifle Gravel Pit#1 ;JUL 19 2023 July 2023
evam—afi-o—n,
Mining and Saftey
13.0 Exhibit L — Reclamation Costs
Reclamation details are provided in Figure 15, Exhibit F1 and Figure 16, Exhibit F2. The
pond will not be backfilled but will remain as open water. A 6-foot wide 5:1 greenbelt slope
will be constructed on the inner perimeter of the pond, transitioning to 3:1 slope to full depth.
Reclamation costs are also associated with reclamation activities on the perimeter berm,
along with minor anticipated work in the upland buffer between the outer boundary of the
perimeter berm and the property boundary. Volumes, areas, and seeding mixes are
provided in Figure 14, Exhibit E1. Based on these costs, and a 28% DRMS cost factor, the
total bond for the Rifle Gravel Pit will be $366,293.
74
