Table 1 lists these structures as well. <br /> • Last Chance Ditch tailwater channel <br /> • Last Chance Ditch irrigation lateral <br /> • Colorado River floodplain <br /> • Non-potable URSA Resources water lines (supply and return) <br /> • URSA Resources gas line <br /> • CDOT CR 346 and culverts <br /> • CDOT 1-70 Westbound Traffic Lanes <br /> • CDOT Wildlife Fencing (1-70 Westbound ROW) <br /> • Private Fencing Southeast(Shidelerosa LLP) <br /> • Private Fencing North (Colorado River Ranch, LLC) <br /> • Private Fencing East(Scott) <br /> • Private Fencing South (Scott) <br /> SGM coordinated with these utilities as required for the access road design. Scott received <br /> a new signed Structure Agreement for the CDOT structures. Scott attempted to obtain <br /> structure agreements for all other permanent structures not owned by Scott, but as of July <br /> 17, 2023, no responses have been received. The communications to the permanent <br /> structure owners, including certified mail receipts are included in Attachment B. A copy of <br /> the Geotechnical Stability Report is included in Attachment C which was prepared in lieu of <br /> structure agreements, given the lack of response from owners. All other permanent man- <br /> made structures within 200 feet of the Affected Lands for which a Structure Agreement or <br /> Engineering (Geotechnical) Evaluation (Stability Report) have not been provided are owned <br /> by Scott. <br /> 4.2 Adjoining Surface Landowners Map Information <br /> There are four adjoining properties with corresponding surface landowners (as depicted in <br /> Figure 3, Exhibit C1). <br /> • North —Colorado River Ranch, LLC <br /> • West- Rex Robinson Ranch, LLC; (includes the Swanson Colorado Trust; Ilgen, <br /> Carrol Jeanne; Rosa, Linda Jane; Robinson, James Dean) <br /> • South —Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) <br /> • East—Shidelerosa LLP <br /> This information was obtained from the Garfield County Colorado Land Explorer(Garfield <br /> County, March 2021). <br /> 11 <br />
