The application was deemed complete on July 14, 2023. <br /> <br />Minor Revision No. 475 (MR-475) seeks to permit a hole to determine the geology between the B <br />and E coal seams. The hole will be approximately 9 5/8 inches in diameter at the surface, and 620 feet <br />deep. The hole will provide MCC with geological information for a future project to construct a vent <br />raise in between the E and B seams in the area. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder, 501 Palmer Street, Room 211, Delta, <br />CO 81416; Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO 81230 and at <br />the Division’s Denver office.
