Colowyo Coal Company L.P. <br /> I. General <br /> Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo), Permit No. C-1981-019, is submitting this application <br /> for Phase II performance bond release. Colowyo is requesting that a total of 148.4 acres be <br /> Phase II release with this application. The current bond amount for the Colowyo Mine is <br /> $117,477,650.00, and Colowyo currently holds a surety bond (Bond No. 190044301) in the <br /> amount of$130,000,000. With this application, Colowyo will be requesting relinquishment of <br /> 25% of the base bond held for the Phase II parcels being applied for bond release. <br /> II. Summary Information <br /> A.
