Everist, Inc.-West Farm site, located north and south of Weld <br /> County Road 32'/z, west of the South Platte River, and east of Weld County Road 21, Weld <br /> County, Colorado. <br /> Acreage of JD Review Area: approximately 600 acres <br /> Section/Township/Range: Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the 61' PM.. <br /> Weld County, Colorado <br /> Latitude/Longitude: 40.225274' N, -104.858926' W <br /> Maps: A Vicinity Map, and Project Area (JD review area) Map are provided in the <br /> Appendix. <br /> Property Features Description: A description of potential waters of the United States and <br /> wetlands is provided in the Appendix. <br /> JD Requestor Status: Savage and Savage, Inc. is a consultant acting on behalf of the <br /> property owner and requestor, L.G. Everist, Inc. <br /> Reasons for Requesting the JD: The property owner intends to construct/develop a project <br /> or perform activities on this parcel which may require authorization from the Corps,and the <br /> JD would be used to avoid and minimize impacts to jurisdictional aquatic resources and as <br /> an initial step in a future permitting process. <br /> Type of Determination being Requested: An approved JD is being requested. <br /> Authorization: With the signature below,the undersigned is indicating that they have the <br /> authority,or are acting as the duly authorized agent of a person or entity with such authority, <br /> to and do hereby grant Corps personnel right of entry to legally access the site if needed to <br /> perform the JD.
