Exploration will be conducted on the <br /> Hansen and Picnic Tree resources in the South T-Bar Ranch subdivision. <br /> Okapi Resources Inc(Okapi) is an Australian-based, uranium exploration company. Tallahassee LLC <br /> (Tallahassee) is the US based operating unit of Okapi for the Tallahassee Creek Project. In 2021, <br /> Tallahassee formed a US team of Colorado-based professionals. Tim Brown is the current US Manager <br /> of Operations(tim.brown@okapiresources.con ). Jim Viellenave is Technical Advisor <br /> (iirn.viellenave@okapiresources.com)to both Okapi and Tallahassee. Tim's experience spans nearly 35 <br /> years including 20 years in the Cripple Creek Mining District. Jim has more than 45 years' experience in <br /> mining around the Rocky Mountains. <br /> Tallahassee's mineral interests at Tallahassee Creek encompass leases and agreements with <br /> surface and mineral owners in the Taylor Ranch,the Boyer Ranch, and the Hansen Deposit and the <br /> Picnic Tree Deposit in the South T-Bar Ranch Subdivision (STB).Tallahassee has obtained surface use <br /> agreements (SUA) for access to private properties to conduct exploration activities where they hold <br /> mineral interests. In addition to granting access to the parcel surface,the SUA authorizes Tallahassee <br /> to execute government permits and applications on behalf of the parcel owner. A Memorandum of <br /> Surface Use Agreement (MSUA) was executed and recorded with the Fremont County Clerk and <br /> Recorder for each parcel in the subject area. <br /> Specific to Section IV Item 2, please find Photo 1 and Photo 2 of current conditions of the subject <br /> area. The photos clearly show the native vegetation and topography of the area. <br />
