Jeremy Musson <br /> Principal-Innovation&Optimization <br /> LICENSES AND Jeremy is the PIC and technical expert for many of Pinyon's most complex <br /> REGISTRATIONS contaminated sites, including the EVRAZ steelmaking facility in Pueblo, Colorado. <br /> OPS Registered Pinyon has been a primary environmental consultant for the EVRAZ facility since <br /> Environmental Professional 1996.Jeremy has been working on projects at the mill since starting with Pinyon <br /> No.4 in 2007 and he has been responsible for the delivery of over 30 diverse projects <br /> at the site, including groundwater sampling, site characterization, storage tank <br /> TRAININGS & release investigation, asbestos surveys, remediation design, RCRA permit <br /> CERTIFICATIONS negotiation and renewal, and institutional control development. He has been <br /> Co-Developer of Pinyon responsible for overseeing the development of statements of work and <br /> Environmental, Inc. Project management plans (i.e., Health and Safety Plan, Materials Management Plan); <br /> Management Training negotiating with regulatory agencies, including CDPHE; managing Pinyon's <br /> Program internal staff, specialized subconsultants, and subcontractors; and ensuring the <br /> 40-Hour OSHA delivery of quality deliverables that meet Pinyon, the client's, and regulatory <br /> HAZWOPER and Current agencies requirements. <br /> 8-Hour Refresher Through a collaborative approach with the client and regulators, as well as <br /> 8-Hour OSHA Supervisor innovative site characterization methods, Pinyon and Jeremy have helped the mill <br /> obtain closure for over 25 SWMUs at the facility and have saved more than <br /> PROFESSIONAL $8,000,000 in characterization and remediation costs that would have otherwise <br /> ORGANIZATIONS & been required. <br /> MEMBERSHIPS In his Innovation I Optimization role, Jeremy leads the company's continuous <br /> American Council of % improvement efforts and has been invited to participate in process development <br /> Engineering Companies iand improvement events with partner organizations and clients. Pinyon recently <br /> (ACEC) of Colorado- icompleted a process inventory, led by Jeremy,to identify and evaluate the efficacy <br /> Member € <br /> and efficiency of Pinyon's internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures <br /> Interstate Technology (SO Ps). The process inventory is being used to identify process improvement <br /> Regulatory and Council projects that will have the greatest impact on Pinyon's quality and efficiency for <br /> (ITRC)—Member, Industry I both project-based activities and internal activities(e.g.,workload balancing).The <br /> Affiliates Program Co- Innovation I Optimization group at Pinyon is also responsible for identifying new <br /> Liaison to the Board of uses for existing technology and for developing new technologies that can be <br /> Directors; Internet-Based used in delivery of high-quality projects to our clients under tighter deadlines and <br /> Training Instructor more restricted budgets. <br /> i <br /> Jeremy has been a member of the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council <br /> (ITRC) Industry Affiliates Program (IAP) since 2009, is a Co-Liaison to the ITRC <br /> Board of Directors for the Industry Affiliates Program (IAP), and has been a <br /> j contributing author to six guidance documents related to site characterization <br /> and remediation. During development of the ITRC Integrated DNAPL Site <br /> Characterization (IDSC) Guidance Document, he recognized that the majority <br /> of the investigation tools available to industry professionals were poorly <br /> understood and significantly underutilized due to the difficulty in accessing <br /> information about the tools.
