Orange cross-hatch area delineates the <br />location of drilling operation occurring during the inspection on June 12, 2023. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING – RULE 4.14 <br />o Reclamation consists of benched overburden hauls in L Pit awaiting grading, and is an ongoing <br />activity at Trapper Mine. <br />o Backfilling was occurring in the I Pit East. Spoil from the T/L Dump Stockpile south of I Pit East <br />was being utilized to backfill the I Pit East. <br />o It was noted that TMI has backfilled and graded the D&E Pit. This area will be evaluated for <br />compliance with approved post-mine topography at a later date. But visually this area appeared <br />stable and blends well with the surrounding topography. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />A cessation order (CO2023001) was issued by DRMS staff (see below) on June 13, 2023. Mr. Michael <br />Morriss the president and general manager of TMI signed two copies of the cessation order.
