Colfax Avenue, Denver, Co 80204; (303) 562-2000, filed an application for a Surety Release <br />Request (SL- 2) to M1986079, M & G Pit, which is located approximately 0.5 mile south of Henderson, <br />Section 3, Township 2S, Range 67W, 6th Principle Meridian, in Adams County. <br /> <br />Full/final release of 70.50 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for August 25, 2023.
