Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, <br /> trenches,waste piles,drill pads and collar areas of underground workings,ponds, etc. <br /> AuPt Industries LLC intends to conduct exploration and prospecting activities on approximately 560 acres of State Land Board land.The company currently possesses a valid mining permit with DRMS <br /> (permit#M2016081)and an exploration lease with the Colorado State Land Board for this specific property(Exploration Permit NO.EP-113980).The purpose of the exploration is to assess the <br /> P1 am we e4 Miles! if a SIB wit!F the has-Y <br /> To achieve these objectives,AuPt will employ a combination of test pits and exploration drilling.Test pits will be excavated using an excavator and a front loader,with a maximum of 20 locations.All test <br /> pit locations will be accurately logged and reported.The total disturbance caused by test pits will be less than 2 acres. <br /> For the exploration drilling,a track-mounted sonic drill rig will be utilized.A maximum of 31 boring locations have been identified,which may vary slightly in the field from the initial map.The drilling is <br /> projected to reach depths of approximately 50 feet below the ground surface.Similarly,to the test pits,all drilling locations will be meticulously logged and reported.The total disturbance caused by the <br /> To mitigate the environmental impact,all disturbances will be remediated by seeding and imprinting the affected areas in October.The disturbance resulting from each test pit and bore location will be <br /> minimiz Furthermore,all collected samples will be transported off-site for a comprehensive mineral analysis. <br /> It is important to note that no road construction or grading activities are planned for this project.Additionally,all sample locations have been chosen to be situated on benches,away from washes and <br /> gulches,to minimize the impact on natural drainage systems. <br /> 6.
