3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged,stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> The drilling location is within an existing road prism which has no topsoil. Preparation <br /> Tor drilling will not require additional grading. <br /> 4. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required <br /> abandonment procedures): <br /> Only one hole will be open at any one time. Each hole will be reclaimed before the <br /> next Hole is drilled. Prior to the drill re-positioning, a plug will e placed in the o e <br /> feet below the giirface, and the area above the plup filled with a mixture of cement, drill <br /> cuttings and residual drill water. The concrete at each hole will be finished off level with <br /> S.
