Everist' s West <br /> Farm Reservoirs operation will be covered under a substitute <br /> water supply plan (SWSP) pursuant to C.R.S. 37-90-137, approved <br /> by the State Engineer' s Office (SEO) for replacement of the <br /> ground water depletions due to mining. This plan will be updated <br /> and renewed every 2 years. <br /> The Applicant will maintain a SWSP throughout the life of <br /> the mine. After completion and reclamation of all lined reser- <br /> voirs there will be no long-term evaporative depletions . <br /> However, if any unlined open surface water areas created by <br /> mining remain at the end of reclamation, then a court approved <br /> augmentation plan will be applied for before reclamation is <br /> complete. <br /> 100-Year Floodplain <br /> Portions of the West Farm Reservoirs mine are located within <br /> the 100-year floodplain of the South Platte River. The applicant <br /> will obtain a Flood Hazard development Permit from the Town of <br /> Platteville if needed. The location of the 100-year flood line <br /> shown on the affected lands was transferred from FIRM Panel <br /> 08123C1905E, effective 1/20/16 to all maps . <br /> L.G.
