The revision incorporates numerous updates: removed oil and gas facilities, <br /> an added easement, plugged and abandoned wells, the combined freshwater and siltation <br /> ponds (to be slurry walled at end of mine life), the northern location of the primary access point <br /> for commercial traffic, and the new monitoring well (Nix-RMCC-Mon 9) at the northwest corner <br /> of the project. <br /> The operator, Ready Mixed Concrete Company, LLC (which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of <br /> Brannan), proposes no other changes to the Mining Plan or Reclamation Plan currently <br /> approved by Reclamation Permit No. M-2001-046. <br /> Enclosed: Revised Mine Plan <br /> Page 1 <br />
