EXHIBTI'D—Mining Plan
All mining is complete on this property. There will be no more mining on this property. There are stockpiles of processed
gravel remaining on the pit floor that will be used by the land owner in ranching operations on the property.
EXHIBIT E—Reclamation Plan
The currently approved reclamation plan calls for the site to be reclaimed as rangeland with topsoil and vegetation on all
disturbed areas. The new owner/operator has extensive agricultural operations in the area and wishes to change the post
mining land use to general agriculture and leave the pit floor without topsoil replacement and vegetation establishment.
General agriculture is compatible with land use in this area of the County. The floor area will be used for hay and equipment
storage and any other general agricultural uses as needed. The processed aggregate stockpiles currently on site will remain
for future agricultural operations. The 1.88 acres being added with this amendment is needed to complete grading of the
site as shown on the reclamation plan map.
All other aspects of the reclamation plan submitted in Amendment AM-01 approved January 24,2006 remain unchanged.
