Figure 9, Figure 10, and Figure 11 (Exhibits C4, C5, <br /> and C6, respectively) depict phases of the total scope of the mining operation, including the <br /> expected physical appearance of the Affected Lands, correlated to the proposed mining and <br /> reclamation timetables. These maps also show the proposed topography of the area with <br /> contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed <br /> lands and the proposed final land use for each portion of the Affected Lands.
