The address for the property is 5127 N CR <br /> 346, Rifle, Colorado 81650. <br /> Although the access is a County road, it is under the jurisdiction of Colorado Department of <br /> Transportation (CDOT) because it is within the Interstate 70 right-of-way corridor. A CDOT <br /> Access Permit has been issued for the mining parcel (Permit No. 320024, Attachment B), <br /> providing approval for the integration of the entrance driveway into CDOT's road network. <br /> Scott will complete the CDOT permitting process by submitting a Notice to Proceed request <br /> along with all required documentation prior to construction of the access. <br /> 2.2.2 Operations Area <br /> The Operations Pad is within the Affected Lands and included as a portion of the legal <br /> description in Section 2.2. <br /> 4 <br />
