Additionally, it updates the groundwater monitoring plan, <br />accounts for the installation of an underdrain around the new slurry wall configuration, reduce mining <br />offset along Hwy 119 from 200 to 100 feet, provides for bonding for the slurry wall, increases the <br />disturbed acreage and updates the reclamation cost estimate for Cells 1 through 3. Finally, a <br />committment to submit a Technical Revision prior to mining Cells 4 and 5 was agreed upon. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2016-054. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2016-054 remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />The revised liability amount exceeds the financial warranty currently held (see below), please submit <br />additional bond or a rider to your existing bond that equals or exceeds the Revised Liability. The <br />revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division. <br /> <br /> <br />Bond Held: $2,747,911.00 <br />Prior Liability: $2,747,911.00 <br />Change in Liability: $5,428,293.00
