The Technical Revision is to provide <br /> updated information regarding the Lazy Two Pit property ownership. <br /> At the time of permitting, the property owners within the permit area were Lazy Two Ranch LLC and <br /> Duane and Lynn Ross. The property previously owned by Lazy Two Ranch LLC has been purchased <br /> by Connell Resources, Inc., the mine operator and Lazy Two Pit permit owner.
