Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Colowyo Mine conducted by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety(DRMS)on April 20,2023.Tom Fry representing Colowyo Coal Company(Colowyo) <br /> accompained the inspection. The weather for inspection was clear with snow covered and muddy ground conditions. <br /> High temperatures during the inspection were around 45 degrees. Due to ground conditions,access to portions of the <br /> site were inaccessible. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1;Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2;Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br /> Steep Slopes 4.14.2,4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Backfill continues in the South Taylor Pit. Spoil from the South Taylor Temporary Excess Spoil Pile. Spoil is being <br /> hauled to the eastern portion of the South Taylor Pit where it is being dumped.No active spoil placement was <br /> occurring during the inspection however grading was observed. <br /> EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE—Rule 4.09 <br /> Placement;Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br /> Truck and shovel operations were occurring in the Collom Pit.
