Box 25127 <br /> Lakewood, CO 80225-0127 <br /> RE: Lombard #3, File No. M-2020-057 <br /> On October 26, 2021, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division/DRMS) approved <br /> the 110(1) mining permit application for the Lombard #3 site, File No. M-2020-057. The <br /> Applicant failed to post the required financial warranty for the site within one (1) calendar year <br /> of the approval date by the Division. <br /> Please be advised the application from SSG Mining, whose address and telephone number are <br /> 15954 Jackson Ck Pkwy, Monument, CO 80132; (719) 237-5914, is scheduled for <br /> reconsideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board and to extend the Financial Warranty <br /> due date in accordance with Rule 4.1(2). The Mined Land Reclamation Board will consider this <br /> matter on May 17-18, 2023. If you have comments, please provide them in writing by May 5, <br /> 2023. <br /> A copy of the application is available for review at the Clear Creek County Clerk & Recorder's <br /> office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.The application, as <br /> well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br /> https:Hdnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2020057 in the "Permit No" <br /> field.
